Job summary

Pilgrim’s in the United States is seeking a Live Operations Coordinator to manage payroll for farms, oversee production reporting, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within our facility.

You will collaborate with department managers, service techs, and growers, use SAP for reporting, and maintain confidential records. The role requires 1-2 years related experience and strong Microsoft Office skills. This position supports our safety-first culture with industry-leading practices.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Must have strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Experience in SAP is preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare company farm and grower payroll weekly.
• Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting using SAP.
• Coordinate communication between department managers, service techs, farms, internal and external customers.
• Record keeping and filing of confidential materials.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating chick deliveries.
• Maintain farmer/grower information and update as needed.
• Maintain monthly and annual placement schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.
