Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking an On-Site Manager in Jacksonville, NC, to lead weekend operations and overnight on-call coverage. You will live on-site, oversee the Front Desk team, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and budget controls.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage payroll, schedule staff, and drive operational excellence, including on-call duties Wednesday through Sunday. This role demands strategic leadership and hands-on management.

Qualifications

• Mandatory to live on site or within 30 minutes when on call.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience managing hotel operations and staff.

Responsabilités

• Direct weekend operations and overnight on-call coverage.
• Lead Front Desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor cash, budgets, payroll, and inventory.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with brand standards.
• Provide back-up coverage for front desk and related roles.
