Sandpiper Hospitality seeks an On-Site Manager in Pleasanton, TX who will live on-site to ensure flawless hotel operations and guest satisfaction. You will act as Manager on Duty, oversee weekend and overnight coverage, and partner with the GM to maintain standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• Must live on site or within 30 minutes of the hotel when on call.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hospitality management or related supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Team Management (Direct Reports): hiring, discipline, terminations, schedule-writing, training, mentoring, and performance appraisals.
• Weekend Supervision: directs the work of front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance during weekend shifts.
• Financial & Administrative Support: assists the GM with cash management, budgets, and payroll approvals.
• Guest Experience & Compliance: ensure highest standards of customer service and safety.
• Operational Execution: ensure all front desk operations and procedures comply with brand standards.
• Sales Contribution: assist in sales prospecting to maximize hotel revenues.
