Sandpiper Hospitality in Raleigh, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead one extended stay property, delivering exceptional guest experiences and top-tier financial results.

This dynamic, high-impact role oversees full property operations, drives revenue growth, manages the P&L and budgeting, and coaches the hotel team to sustain a winning culture aligned with our core values. You’ll participate in corporate calls and weekly reporting while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Management role in the Hospitality industry.
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full property oversight for the hotel, ensuring all aspects run efficiently from maintenance to guest services.
• Drive financial results including P&L management, budget control, and local sales execution to maximize occupancy.
• Lead and coach the hotel team, provide weekly schedules, and manage performance and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and uphold brand standards across the property.
• Complete and submit weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to align with company goals.
• Perform daily room inspections and maintain property quality standards.
