Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking a General Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead a top-performing extended stay hotel. You will own on-site operations, drive revenue growth, manage the P&L, and maintain brand standards while fostering a winning culture.

Strong leadership and strategic decision-making are essential. This role requires 3+ years in hospitality management, a proven profitability record, and exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Management role in the Hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute Full Property Oversight: Assume complete operational responsibility for the hotel, ensuring all aspects run efficiently.
• Drive Financial Results: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets, including P&L management and budget control.
• Lead & Coach the Team: Manage, supervise, coach, and motivate the entire hotel staff, and maintain weekly schedules.
• Quality & Guest Experience: Ensure the highest standards of customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Corporate Alignment: Complete weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to align with goals.
