STRUCTURE STAFFING LLC seeks a Part-Time Resident Manager to live on-site at a San Francisco property, acting as the primary contact for residents and ensuring safety, comfort, and satisfaction. You will handle basic handyman tasks, respond to emergencies, and provide exceptional service to tenants in the building.

The role requires living on-site in a unit provided by the owner, maintaining records, coordinating repairs with vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Ability to live on-site at the property in a unit provided by the owner.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software, ticketing systems, and other relevant tools.

• Familiarity with maintenance tasks and the ability to diagnose minor repair requests is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Availability to be on-call for emergencies and accessible via phone at all times.
• Prior experience in a customer service or property management role is advantageous.
