Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for residents for leasing, tours, inquiries and maintenance issues.
• Maintain high occupancy and rent levels per property plan.
• Resolve resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate communications, events and resident newsletters.
• Oversee budget input, rent collection and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing laws.
