Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) seeks a GSA 2 at WSS Fairfield in Fairfield, OH to deliver flawless front desk service, coordinate check-ins and respond to guest needs while maintaining safety and service standards.

This on-site role requires you to live in the hotel, be available for on-call overnight shifts Monday and Tuesday, and cover four front desk shifts Monday–Thursday. You’ll support guest satisfaction, handle reservations, and uphold the fraternization policy.

Qualifications

• Housing requirement: you are required to live in the hotel and must comply with fraternization policy.
• Primary schedule: typically works four "B" shifts (Front Desk, Monday–Thursday).
• On-call overnight: responsible for on-call overnight shifts, typically Monday and Tuesday nights.
• Emergency response and safety procedures are followed per policy.

Responsibilities

• Guest satisfaction & feedback: meet with guests to maximize satisfaction and respond to situations as they arise.
• Front Desk Administration: coordinate check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations and events.
• Quality & Safety: inspect studios/public spaces daily and follow procedures during emergencies.
• Sales & Revenue: execute lead management and review inventory to maximize revenue.
