Job summary

Wolfoods seeks an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at rural summer camp facilities across the country. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to live on-site in rustic settings and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff to maintain high energy and efficiency.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and high sanitation standards.
• Administer budgeting, inventory, orders, and daily reporting.
