Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin's UHD department is hiring a Complex Coordinator to oversee one or more residence hall communities. This full-time, live-on supervisory role manages operations and delivers a comprehensive leadership program for housing students.

You will supervise staff, chair UHD committees, support summer conferences, and coordinate with campus partners on safety, budgeting, and program development. A Bachelor's degree and prior supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision or administration is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including Resident Assistants and desk staff.
• Lead UHD committees and manage housing operations.
