Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Complex Coordinator who will manage one or more apartment or residence hall complexes within University Housing and Dining. You will supervise staff, lead development programs for housing students, and collaborate across campus to support student success.

You will also participate in crisis management, policy enforcement, and partnerships with Dining, Facilities, and academic programs to ensure a safe, engaging living-learning environment on campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork.
• Education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including Resident Assistants and desk staff.
• Lead UHD committees and coordinate with campus partners.
• Ensure housing operations run smoothly and safety policies are followed.
• Support summer conferences and housing operations as needed.
• Maintain relationships with campus partners and provide student development opportunities.
