Job summary

University Housing and Dining on UT Austin's campus is seeking a Complex Coordinator to supervise one or more apartment or residence hall complexes and provide a comprehensive academic leadership program for housing students.

The role is full-time and live-on, requiring supervision, staff development, committee involvement, and collaboration with campus partners. A Bachelor's degree is required, with strong customer service and interpersonal skills; on-campus housing is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity, an administration position, or teaching.
• Must be a team player with extensive experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff including Community/Resident Assistants and desk staff, trains and evaluates them.
• Chairs UHD committees and participates in campus projects and tasks.
• Manages collateral tasks: inspections, budgets and reports; supports living-learning initiatives.
• Represents Residence Life at university functions and maintains partnerships with campus entities.
• Provides leadership for summer conferences, on-call duties, and crisis response.
