Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Booking Coordinator to bolster the booking team with deal sheets, venue holds, and communications with artists and venues. You will support administration, settlements, and travel arrangements, while researching new artists for the roster and contributing fresh ideas in meetings.

The role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking in a fast-paced live events environment, and a passion for live music.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an assistant preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and database programs; able to interface with accounting/finance.
• Able to navigate internal sales admin system and the internet for research.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic and good judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; multi-task in a busy environment.
• Experience with contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Booking Support: Prepare deal sheets, obtain venue holds, liaison with artist reps, coordinate announce/on-sale dates, distribute show confirmations and status sheets, update templates and information in Rome, create reports for stakeholders, and assist with settlement processes.
• Administrative Support: Execute artist contracts and venue leases, process deposits, handle show settlements night of and post-show, manage show files including riders and W9s, assist with ticketing requests and travel, and prepare expense reports.
• Research and Talent Prospecting: Identify up-and-coming artists, share findings with Lead Booker and team, participate in meetings, and contribute ideas on processes and best practices.
