Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Production Assistant to coordinate the technical, personnel, and financial aspects of show and event productions in US Concerts. You will support the Talent buyer and Special Events Manager with detailed prep and execution.

The role requires calm professionalism, prior production experience in an entertainment venue, and knowledge of lighting, pro audio, and video systems. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Calm / Professional and customer service oriented.
Prior production experience in an entertainment venue.
Tour and Stage Production experience.
Understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems and video systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information.

Responsibilities

Ensure a positive and professional environment for the Production department and Venue.
Create and distribute daily show flash (P&L) for each event.
Understand deal structure and settlement process.
Maintain department manuals and training materials.
Train and support production staff in job functions as needed.
Monitor budget and track department financials.
Maintain inventory and maintenance log.
Ensure cost-effective procedures and scheduling of staff.
Coordinate interdepartmental communications and vendor records.
