Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous bartending experience required; high-volume bar preferred.
• POS and cash handling experience required.
• State Alcohol Education Card required upon hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage to cultivate regular and repeat business.
• Follow recipes and techniques to prepare drinks.
• Fulfill orders accurately and answer guest questions about menu and entertainment.
• Respond to guest concerns with a professional attitude.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify IDs.
• Operate POS and reconcile cash at end of shift.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform opening/closing duties.
• Maintain clean dining and service areas; assist with inventory and rotation.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and brand SOPs; report issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
