Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is hiring a bartender to join our vibrant bar team in Austin. You will welcome guests, set up the bar, craft cocktails, and ensure precise adherence to recipes while staying current with menu updates.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, keeping a clean, organized station and delivering exceptional service during flexible shifts, including evenings and holidays. Toast experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
• Positive, friendly team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Passionate about crafting drinks and delivering wow moments for guests.

Responsibilities

• Build memorable moments for guests with a welcoming, relaxed bar experience.
• Prepare the bar and assist with setup to ensure a smooth shift.
• Craft cocktails and beverages following recipe specifications.
• Stay informed about menu updates and current offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar for seamless service.
• Support busy shifts and adapt to evening/holiday hours.
• Operate POS systems; Toast experience is a plus.
