The role requires high-volume bartending experience, strong guest interaction skills, and accuracy with POS/cash handling. Flexible scheduling, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous bartending experience, especially in high-volume venues.
• Ability to handle cash and perform POS transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage them to encourage repeat visits.
• Follow established recipes to prepare cocktails and drinks.
• Accurately fulfill drink orders and answer menu questions; upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe bar area and comply with health regulations.
• Handle cash and POS transactions, and reconcile end-of-shift cash deposits.
