Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents in a two-person couple role. You will reside in on-campus student homes, supervise roughly 8–13 students, manage routines, and support academic, emotional, and social development.

The position requires a two-year married status, both spouses aged 27+, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Housing, meals, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting
