Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring a Full-time Flex Houseparent pair to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. The two-person role requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older, with duties including daily supervision, activities planning, and devotions.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver1s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
