Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus homes and support 8–13 students. You will supervise, mentor, and manage daily routines, including driving students and leading devotions.

This is a two-person role; both spouses must be married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old. The position offers housing, meals on duty, benefits, and relocation/training support.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
