Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment and supporting academic, emotional, and social growth.

Positions require two-person couples, both spouses aged 27+, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Applicants must be a legally married couple for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
