Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities.

You will supervise all prep and production for a designated day part, manage a team of kitchen staff, and ensure strict allergen safety compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This on-site, live-in position requires resilience to a demanding schedule, strong leadership, and commitment to producing scratch-made meals for diverse dietary needs.

Formación

• 2+ years in a kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and health department sanitation standards.
• Control inventory and assist with daily reporting.
