Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a live-on-site, seasonal contract at our rural summer camp facilities across the US. You will lead kitchen staff, oversee all prep and production, manage allergen safety, and contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced dining operation.

The role requires 2+ years in a leadership kitchen role, ServSafe Allergens certification, and a willingness to live on-site for a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership and cooking skills, able to navigate iPad, versatile with ingredients, sharp problem-solving.
• Physical ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hot/cold kitchen environments.
• Willingness to live on-site in rustic setting and commit to a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and Health Department sanitation standards.
• Administer inventory control and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
