• Experience with living-learning communities or housing programs (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Create a community of engaged learners in residence halls.
• Develop and evaluate the residential learning model materials.
• Maintain inclusive, welcoming environment for staff and students.
• Oversee activities to build resilience and community.
• Recruit, train, supervise, recognize RA staff and provide leadership.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and emergency response.
• Advise residential student organizations in leadership development.
• Review reports on students of concern with other departments.
