Job summary

Anza Management is seeking an Onsite Property Manager to oversee apartment communities in the Los Angeles area. The role focuses on maintaining a high-quality living environment, optimizing ROI for owners, and fostering positive relationships with staff and residents.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of community management experience for properties of 100+ units, lives on-site, and is comfortable with bilingual English/Spanish communication. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage financial issues—expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
• Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
• Drive to different locations as needed.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.00 Hourly

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time onsite Community Manager.

Job Summary:

The Community Manager directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company. They will optimize return on investment for owners, provide a quality living environment for residents, and promote positive working relationships with company employees.

Community Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience as a Community Manager of at least 100
• Required to live onsite
• Days / Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability
• B ilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening
