Job summary

Osprey Management is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties in the Ohio region. You will supervise a maintenance team, manage budgets, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure timely, cost-efficient project completion.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on support, focusing on safety compliance, scheduling, and owning preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

2-3 years of maintenance and management experience.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability.
Must be able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise and manage the work of maintenance employees.
Plan, assign, and review daily and weekly work schedules for the maintenance team.
Develop, manage, and monitor the annual maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and contracted services.
Oversee preventative maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with other department leaders to align maintenance activities with operational goals.
Oversee large-scale repair or improvement projects, including project planning, bidding, vendor selection, and quality control.
Lead make-ready and turnover processes for vacant homes to prepare for new residents.
Respond to escalated maintenance issues and resident concerns with professionalism.
