Job summary
DePaul Housing Management Corporation seeks a Live-in Maintenance Technician to reside on-site and ensure building safety and integrity. The role includes up to 10 hours per week of additional cleaning and maintenance work, with on-call duties on weekends.

Qualifications
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Basic cleaning and maintenance ability.
- Basic knowledge of light plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and own vehicle.
- Independent work ethic.
- Patience and compassion for older persons.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in emergency situations.
- Calm, pleasant demeanor.
- Physical qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Onsite residence duties including safety oversight.
- Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks (≈10 hours).
- Respond to emergencies and support residents during on-call.
- Trash removal and snow/ice removal on site.
- Coordinate with Community Manager and Maintenance Superintendent.
