Related Affordable is seeking a Live-In Maintenance Supervisor in New York, NY to lead a team and maintain high standards across buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will oversee and perform technical work, ensuring safety and reliability while representing the company’s core values.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance and 2+ years supervisory experience, with on-call flexibility and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A trade certification is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in general maintenance.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and on-call.
• Experience with RealPage One Site software preferred.
• HUD REAC/Nspire experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Certified trade or high school diploma required.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose issues from work orders and perform repairs to safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments with inspections and task lists.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance across grounds and common areas.
• Inspect building and property daily for safety issues.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and after-hours repairs.
• Make budget recommendations to the Community Manager.
• Order and maintain inventory of building materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with contractors to obtain bids for repairs and replacements.
• Ensure upkeep of building common areas and grounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
