Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general maintenance or building repairs.
• Availability to work in shifts and with flexible schedules.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and HVAC tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for residential units.
• Supervise third-party contractors as needed.
