Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of related maintenance experience in apartment communities.
• Prior live-in property management experience preferred.
• Drywall, lock changes, and light electrical, carpentry, flooring and plumbing experience.
• HVAC Type I and Type II certification or equivalent experience required.
• Familiarity with REAC/state inspection protocols.
• Experience leading a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, parts and contract vendors.
• Schedule, supervise staff and on-call coverage.
• Inspect make-ready units and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Maintain records and reports, including logs.
• Support resident retention and timely communications.
