MMS Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to manage a 250-unit Bayonne, NJ property. This live-in role covers interior/exterior inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance for a multifamily community.

Qualifications
- Five+ years of residential multifamily property management/apartment maintenance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fire Safety and Boiler License.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily work orders efficiently.
- Communicate delays with the supervisor.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry issues.
- Assist in scheduling annual apartment inspections and move-in/move-out inspections.
- Coordinate turnover repairs and services to stay on schedule.
- Maintain records for preventative maintenance and supplier contracts.
- Stay current on building codes and safety standards.
- Maintain trash areas and respond to after-hours emergencies.
- Assist with snow removal and other duties as needed.
