Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Superintendent to manage a 96-unit Bayville, NJ community. You will oversee repairs, prepare vacant units, and deliver top-tier customer service while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, holds EPA 608 license; a CPO license is required for pool properties, plus a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical school preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years in maintenance; supervisory experience preferred.
• Licenses: EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal Technician; CPO license for pool properties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Execute daily repair and upkeep tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests with responsive, courteous service.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work environment.
• Adhere to laws and regulations at all levels.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Report property-related incidents professionally.
