The ideal candidate has proven maintenance experience, can read blueprints and repair manuals, and is skilled with hand and power tools. Required are a high school diploma or GED, plus a technical college background and relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience required.
• F89, FSD, S13 and P99 licenses preferred and required.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, fixing leaks, and basic construction knowledge.
• Oversee contractors for professional repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and report to management.
• Perform basic tasks like painting and filling crevices, cleaning facilities, and maintenance repairs.
• Repair company machinery, equipment, or appliances.
• Detect and report major maintenance needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
