The role requires living on-site, leading a high-volume kitchen, and meeting a demanding 6-day/70-hour week schedule with competitive pay and a bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a kitchen leadership role in high-volume settings.
• Experience with scratch cooking in institutional/batch environments.
• Demonstrated budgeting and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen staff, schedule, train, and maintain high-energy operations.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, menu specs, and service timing.
• Enforce allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and daily budget tracking.
• Serve as liaison between campers, leadership, and Wolfoods corporate team.
