Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp facilities. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and ensure strict allergen safety and sanitation standards.

This is a seasonal contract (May–Sept) with full-time, exempt hours, and includes free room & board, travel allowance, and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date, company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, and ability to navigate iPad workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep, production, portion control, and timely meal service.
• Ensure allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
