You will manage staff, ensure quality, and maintain sanitation while coordinating with camp leadership and campers. Ready to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking.
• Allergen safety and health standards experience.
• Strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
