The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with progression into a Placed Houseparent living arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse couple required, married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Lead activities, devotions, and Sunday Chapel participation.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
