Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a married couple to join as Full‑time Flex Houseparents. The pair reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, helping them grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

The role features a nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include housing, meals during duty, and more.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be a legally married couple for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• No alcohol, smoke-free campus; weapon-free.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
