Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking two-person, married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. You will provide care, guidance, supervision and support for 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.

Roles start with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for legally married couples (minimum two years).
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
