Zusammenfassung

Breckenridge Village is seeking a House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise the Assistant House Manager, coordinate care with clinical teams and families, and ensure a safe, person-centered environment while living on-site in a private apartment.

This full-time, live-in role requires strong leadership, communication, and documentation in PCC, with duties from scheduling to safety drills.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Human Services or related field or a Health and Human Services certification with applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direction, coordination and support to Assistant House Manager, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent care.
• Assist residents in achieving active treatment goals, documenting in PCC.
• Lead staff in the home, support routines, health care needs and care plan implementation.
• Promote independence and meaningful choices for residents.
• Assist residents with hygiene, grooming, laundry, housekeeping and meals per established menus.
• Transport residents to events, appointments, and errands per BV protocols.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning sessions.
• Maintain and submit time records and monthly budget for the household.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely in PCC.
