Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. The role involves living in student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 students, and fostering a structured, family-like environment for academic, emotional and social growth.

Responsibilities include supervision, routine management, wellness checks, activity planning, devotions and Chapel attendance, plus budgeting and reporting. Benefits and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married lead couple required and both spouses age 27+.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
