Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. This role involves residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment to promote academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading devotions.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be a legally married couple for at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel with students.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
