Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to reside on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. You provide supervision, guidance, schedules, devotions, and transportation, helping foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation assistance is provided.

Formación

• Experience working with youth or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role, legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide active student care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sundays Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
