Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents for couples to reside in on-campus student homes and provide supervision and care for 8-13 students. The role includes planning activities, leading devotions, managing routines, and ensuring student wellness.

Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be age 27+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian chapel services.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
