Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a full-time Flex Houseparent couple to reside in on-campus homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. The role includes daily supervision, activity planning, devotions, and ensuring student wellness under a structured, family-like environment.

Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and hold a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role; legally married for at least two years.
• Age 27 or older for both spouses.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and driver’s license with driving certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for a group of 8-13 students.
• Manage household routines, budgets, and reporting.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational planning.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
