Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students.

They provide daily supervision and mentorship, manage routines, lead activities and devotions, and handle budgeting and reporting to support student development.

The role requires a legally married couple aged 27+ on both sides, with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; relocation and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years
• Both spouses age 27+
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student vans
• No more than three dependent children in the home
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
• Manage household routines and student schedules
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness
• Drive students to activities and lead developmental/recreational activities
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting
