Qualifications

• Three years of office experience, including two years at full performance level.
• Excellent customer service orientation, ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and basic database/social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Process housing applications and maintain records.
• Assist with housing bookings, assignments, and related administrative tasks.
• Correspond with prospective and current residents.
• Serve in on-call capacity for lock-outs and emergencies.
• Assist with residential events and resource development.
