Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in professional Student Services work at the entry trainee level.
• Graduation from a four-year college or university in a related field.
• Knowledge of practices related to student Residential Life programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and addressing student concerns and crisis situations.
• Serve in the professional on-call rotation, including late night hours.
• Conduct staff training and lead student organization activities.

Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
