Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rural summer camp. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and strict allergen safety in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site, live-in position requires you to thrive under pressure during a six-day, 70-hour work week and to lead a high-quality, scratch-cooked program for camp communities.

Formación

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; Allergens knowledge mandatory before start date.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, menus, and scratch cooking execution.
• Strict allergy protocols and sanitation standards compliance.
• Manage inventory, order food, control budgets, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods.
