Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp operations. This on-site, live-in position oversees daily culinary, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership position, ServSafe Manager certification, and the ability to thrive under pressure while living on-site and fulfilling a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certification, Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations and lead kitchen staff.
• Manage budgeting, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Ensure allergen safety and health department sanitation standards.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods office.
